From a single PVC extruder to a full plant at IMT Manesar — and a growing international presence for overseas customers.
Building capability, step by step
AVN Plastics & Rubbers began in 2004 with a single PVC extruder making washer and wiring-harness hoses for the automotive industry. Step by step we added rubber extrusion, compression moulding, calendering and our own compound mixing.
In April 2025 we moved into a larger plant at IMT Manesar. The same month we incorporated AVN Plastics & Rubbers Limited in Oakville, Ontario, as a local sales contact for North American customers. Manufacturing remains at our Manesar plant in India.

We make parts that fit first time, arrive on time and last in service. We invest in process control, testing and people so customers can spend less time on incoming inspection and more time building vehicles and trains.
Quality policy: On-time delivery and consistent quality at a competitive cost. Reduce waste and rejections, train people continuously, and improve equipment and processes.
